Tanisha Smith is the owner of an HR Consulting firm, as well as co-founder of a 501c3. She’s focused on coaching HR people to maximize their potential.
A California native who was born and raised in the Bay Area, Tanisha is devoted to her family and a successful business owner. She has more than 20 years’ experience working in the field of Human Resources and product marketing in the Silicon Valley. Boasting a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing, Tanisha is truly committed to maximizing her potential in her field.
Outside of her career, Tanisha has many noteworthy hobbies and interests: she’s a world traveler who loves observing and interacting with other cultures, a public speaker, talk show host and she possesses a general passion for life and helping people. These interests have taught Tanisha how to be creative, open-minded, understanding, and resourceful, which have benefited her in both her personal and professional life.
Growing up she was taught “where there’s a will, there’s a way”, and that was one of her drivers to push past hurdles and succeed. She shares her story in hopes to inspire others to not allow their circumstances to inhibit their life’s purpose.
