Andrew Patrick  is a SR level manufacturing executive renowned for his team building skills and transformational leadership. He’s highly regarded as the fix it guy

During his 20 years in Silicon Valley, working in the supply chain providing such clients as Applied Materials, Lam research, Intel, Novellus, KLA Tencor and more, Andrew became the go to guy for large precision component and complex assembly suppliers wishing to transform their results through organizational and people development to meet the exacting demands of the Valley’s A list players.

In the UK Andrew is highly regarded for coming out of Silicon Valley to turn around TC Industries of Europe, a US owned subsidiary of Chicago based TC Industries.

Andrew attributes his career success in Silicon Valley and at TC industries to the people he led, bringing them together to work as a unified team.

During his time in Silicon Valley Andrew repeatedly transformed struggling companies to achieve the highest expectations of profitability, on time delivery and quality. Creating cultures that became a magnetic attraction for the top talent in the valley.

At TC Industries of Europe Andrew led a team that quadrupled profits without any capital investment. TCIE went from chastised supplier, to poster child for on-time delivery and quality to Caterpillar worldwide.

Andrew has received accolades from the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development, The Engineering Employers Federation and ACAS (The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service) a department of the British Government that intervenes in industrial disputes.
